Are you a licensed and insured company?
Lisi Construction, LLC is a fully licensed and insured company. We are also registered in the state of Rhode Island.
How do I know if there is damage to my roof?
Many different kinds of problems can compromise a roof system. Very obvious signs are leaks, missing shingles, raised shingles, and algae growth just to name a few common ones. Often it can be hard to know where to begin to look. Contact us to perform a free roof inspection for you. We will know what kinds of problems to look for and where to look for them before they cause extensive damage to your home.
Does a leak in my roof indicate I need a roof replacement?
In many cases a full roof replacement is not needed. It would depend on how long you have had your current roof and what the present condition of it is. Repairing a roof with shingles that are beyond their life expectancy is not practical and would be risking further problems down the road making your situation more costly as well.
